         As Office Manager, licensed in both Tennessee and Kentucky, Kathy has the unique position of being involved in every step of the process for our clients.  With her keen eye, attention to detail and passion for providing excellent customer service, Kathy has been an intrical part of the growth and success of the Steve Nash Team since 2016.  She finds pride in making sure that every real estate transaction is smooth and closes in a timely manner.  Kathy and her husband, John have been married for the past 25 years. She enjoys serving others alongside her husband who is a minister and with her church family. They have three grown children and are enjoying the empty nest phase of life while waiting patiently for grandchildren.

        Sarah's positive attitude and true desire to help has earned her the respect of clients and colleagues for the exceptional results she delivers. Sarah started her career with Keller Williams in 2012 by helping hundreds of Realtors with their real estate goals before becoming an agent herself and a member of The Steve Nash Team. Her sincerity and innate ability to connect with clients is how she continues to make the home buying process smooth and enjoyable. As a Clarksville Native, wife and mother she is excited to make her hometown yours.

Like many in our area, Deb came to call Clarksville home through a military move.  She is a native of Pittsburg, PA but has lived here for over 23 years.  After over two decades, she has in-depth knowledge of Clarksville, Oak Grove, Hopkinsville and the surrounding areas.  Her impressive background of running a property management company for over 15 years and working with buyers in both Tennessee and Kentucky earns her the right to boast of her professional expertise in navigating our market effectively.  Deb believes that communication is a key component in every transaction and treats everyone with her patient and caring service.  When Deb isn’t working to find someone the perfect home, she enjoys spending time with her family, her four dogs and cooking for her family.

I'm a military spouse who has been on the move for many years.
