Steve provided me numerous listings based on my preferences and even took the time to send video walk-throughs of the houses I was interested in. He always returned emails  within 24 hours, which made the whole process that much easier while deployed. After finding a house, he made sure to stay on top of offers/counter offers and contracts based on my schedule and ability to sign/return correspondence by the deadlines. Steve kept in contact with me, my Power of Attorney, and my loan provider during the closing process - which was extremely smooth with no issues at all, and took less than a month to complete. Over all, Steve went way above and beyond my expectations for a realtor - especially as someone buying a house while on a deployment. Steve is extremely trustworthy and will absolutely take care of you!

He didn't push anything on us, or try to talk is into buying anything we didn't want. I don't usually write reviews but steve nash and his team deserve it.  Selling a home is one of the most stressful things a person can do.  Steve took all the stress out of it.  Any time we had questions he was there no matter what time.  He was really easy to work with and he knows what he is  doing.  If I ever have any real estate needs I will definitely be calling on steve nash.  Thanks steve for a quick and easy sale.  Oh and susan rocks too!

My experience with Steve Nash was a five star experience

Steve Nash won my respect when he responded to my inquiry on a Friday night at 9 pm. He ended up being a very popular real estate professional in the area and HE found ME. I'm glad he did. Steve made the process of buying my first home so easy, it scared me a little. He had several trustworthy  connections when it came to home inspectors and loan officers. My husband and I had two months to find a home, make an offer, have the home inspected, and close. Steve was able to find a list of homes that fit our standards and show them to us on our schedule. I fell in love with the first house we saw and within the next two to three hours, Steve had all the paper work completed and my offer turned in. By the way, it was a Sunday. My offer was approved the next day and we closed on December 20th, ten days before our deadline. I am so appreciative for Steve's support and helpful knowledge during my first time buying a house. My experience with Steve Nash was a five star experience and I don't have any reason not to recommend him to anyone whether it's your first time or not.
